On 1 January two Norwegian counties - Nord-Trøndelag and Sør-Trøndelag merged into one Trøndelag Fylkeskommune (Trondelag County Municipality).
At first the new county flew two former county flags together with the Norwegian
flag https://gammel.trondelagfylke.no/kontakt. However, on the later photos,
there is a flag with coat of arms on it
