There's a three flag stand at

of arms on a bedsheet. And somewhere in the photo gallery is this one:

which has more white for us to see and a different bit of the coat of arms.
I'd say the flag of Mira Estrela has a white field with centred on that
field the coat of arms of Mira Estrela.
