The wording on the ribbon reads "PAVLISTARVM TERRA MATER". I made the "U" a
"V" because it's what it looked like in the original I was working from.

This flag was designed by Octaviano Armando Gaiarsa along with the coat of
arms, and turned into a bill voted by the municipal chamber on 25 October 1972.
