Lakeview is a golf resort and housing development located in the census-designated place of Cheat Lake in Monongalia County.
The flag is a white field with the logo next to the community name in blue, and the slogan in green.

The logo is made of a blue ring with the two golf courses of Lakeview, and Mountainview at the top, with the founding year underneath. In the center is a blue "L" which divides a disc in half of light and dark green.
