Valentin Poposki reported on 2 May 2010 that the county had no flag. However,
a photo and video included in a December 2019 news article online about an
Albemarle County Board of Supervisors meeting shows the county flag standing
alongside the Virginia state flag behind the Board members. (

The Albemarle County flag
appears to feature the county seal (displayed below) centered on a blue field.
The blue of the county flag is a brighter shade than the Virginia flag alongside
which it stands in the photo and video.
