Alten Keeton originally first discovered this flag, though the city administration sent me a photo of the flag first. The flag is a vertical tribar in the traditional American colors of red-white-blue. In the center of the flag is the depiction of the Williams County Courthouse, as Bryan is the seat of the county government. Under the courthouse is the city's name. In the red bar is "©BACA," though i'm not sure what this could be referring to.
