I spoke to the Mayor's Office of Camden, NJ, and they informed me that they do have a flag. After some digging, I found a description of the coat of arms as well as the flag of Camden.

The two corners are in light blue with a bar of white running diagonally across the center, with the coat of arms in the center of the white. The flag is trimmed with regulation United States yellow silk fringe.

In the center of the design is a shield containing the coat of arms of Lord Camden. In the right half of the shield is a ship representing the city as a port of entry with its shipbuilding industries and in the left half the coat of arms of Lord Camden as above noted. A figure of a man to the right represents the various industries, while on the rear is a copy of the first locomotive that was ever used on a railroad in the city. The figure of a woman on the left represents learning and intelligence. The whole is surmounted by a copy of a coronet used by Lord Camden from which projects a pine tree, emblematic of Pyne Poynt, the first name given to any portion of the territory now embraced within the City of Camden.

Michael Del Duca, 1 July 2019 After some research and contacting, I have been provided with an image of the Flag of Camden from the city. The flag has three vertical stripes, the two on the outside blue, and the center one white. Inside of the center white stripe is the city seal. The flag was designed by Spencer Easton and adopted in 1907.
