The Defense Assistance Society of Ukraine (Товариство сприяння обороні
України, TSOU) was formed in 1923 as the Society of Aviation and Aeronautics of
Ukraine and Crimea. When it was formed in 1991 after the fall of the Soviet
Union, this organization was considered the national successor of the
parent organization "DOSAAF". It carries on
the same functions as the Soviet DOSAAF and other off-shoot organizations
(such as Society for Supporting of Army, Air Force and Navy of Republic of Belarus ).

As for the flag of the organization, it is a blue/light purple/yellow
horizontal tricolor with their emblem in the middle. While I am not certain
when this flag was adopted, the blue and yellow of the flag match those of
the national flag. There are also variants of the size of the emblem used on
the flag. Sometimes, the flag is entirely in the middle stripe
(https://www.facebook.com/tsouck/photos/2865323800424732/) or the emblem is
about 85% of the flag's width
(https://www.facebook.com/tsouck/photos/2864766953813750). In either case,
the emblem is outlined in white. Attached are both the flag and the emblem.
