"Gules; wavy fess argent, on it is carp floats azure. First; curved arch argent, on it is arrow edge up. Second; rose argent. The board is framed by a wreath from wheaten ears or and the oak leaves vert, twisted by blue-yellow tape. The board is crowned by the crown argent with the oblast' arms.
