"It was confirmed in December, 19th, 2008 by the decision of
XIV region council extraordinary session of V convocation. Gules
escutcheon; helmet of Kyiv Rus' warrior or turned to dexter. Bend
sinister argent; azure, three flowers of azalea or; gules, branch
of hop or. The shield enframed by wreath from oak and hop leaves
with viburnum, twisted by blue-and-yellow strip with description
"Olevs'kyi region". In the crest is decorative
composition or with flax flowers azure. The authors are
V.Il'ins'kyi and S.Il'ins'kyi."
