The rayon has 1 Town Council (Town of Bar), 1 Settlement Council (Urban
Settlement of Kopayghorod) and 27 Village Councils: Antonivs'ka, Balkivs'ka,
Verkhivs'ka, Voynashivs'ka, Volodiyevets'ka, Ghayivs'ka, Gharmakivs'ka,
Ghulivs'ka, Zhuravlivs'ka, Ivanovets'ka, Karyshkivs'ka, Komarovets'ka,
Kuz'mynets'ka, Lisivs'ka, Luko-Bars'ka, Mal'chovets'ka, Man'kovets'ka,
Mateykivs'ka, Myghalivets'ka, Mytkivs'ka, Pidlisnoyaltushkivs'ka, Popovets'ka,
Supivs'ka, Tereshkivs'ka, Khodats'ka, Chemerys'ka, and Yaltushkivs'ka village
council. Town of Bar has coat of arms and flag, both
adopted on 14.12.1999. Kopayghorod has only coat of
arms.
None of the village councils have adopted symbols, as far as I know.

Heraldry:
"Red rectangular panel with a ratio of the parties 2:3. From
a staff is a vertical red strip in width in 4/15 of flag length,
on it is white vertical apple-tree branch with flowers. In the
flag centre on a free dark blue part is yellow sun with sixteen
beams. Diameter of the circle described by the ends of beams is
equals to 2/3 of the flag width."

centre accompanied at the left and right by two vertical from
yellow oak leaves pattern. Gonfalon has yellow edging from three
sides."

Heraldry:
"Gules; masoned gear wall or with opened gate. In the chief
is blossoming branch of an apple-tree argent in fess, in the gate
is formy cross argent. The board is framed by the cones or
twisted by tape azure with an inscription "Bars'kyi region
1923" or, in the crest is shield azure with sun or, twisted
by decorative vegetative pattern or."
