"The flag was confirmed at November 20, 1998 by the decision 48. The rectangular panel consists of four horizontal bands - white, red, green and white - in the ratio 1:3:3:1, with the arms placed on it."

There are three or ears in the shield and or Cossacks sabre under them. In a canton are or and gules squares. The emblem adorned by ear's decorative cartouche with azure ribbon."
