The official booklet [t9l07], the
image at the
ETAN site, and the ballot paper — all show both flags (of
KOTA and P.P.T.), smaller
that the other parties’, and a third design that looks like a
coalition flag: ~2:3 divided vertically black and white with counterchanged
digits "8" and "1". I have no idea of what this means.

This design was used to identify the presidential candidate Manuel Tilman
in the ballot papers of the presidential election
of 2007.04.07 (along a photo and full name, as usual.).

In the 2007.06.02 elections, Aliansa
Demokratika (Democratic Alliance) got 13 294 votes (3,20%),
receiving 2 of 65 seats in the parliament, one for KOTA and
one for PPT.
