According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Si Sa Ket
is horizontally divided white over orange with the provincial seal in the
center, and the name of the province in red letters beneath. The provincial
seal shows Prasat Hin Ban Samo, a Khmer temple about 1000 years old, located
in the Prang Ku district (description from
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seals_of_The_Provinces_of_Thailand ). The
