flag on 23 February 1929.

of arms”, but it’s not the later Tadzhik SSR
emblem.

The tajik inscription contains the special letter cha with
“hook”: "РСС
Тоӌикистон",
which is different from the normal, “hook”-less, cyrillic
cha.
