Flag: green field, white disk, charged with the firm's logo. (there
may be more than two shades of green...)

Vertom is a versatile Dutch maritime company established at Rhoon (a
village on the Oude Maas River to the SW of Rotterdam).
The link I found does not seem to offer house flags for the moment,
so it has practically become redundant. Also I suspect the item which Jarig
giffed was more specifically a table flag as shown by Josef
Nüsse, where the large white disk bearing the logo is shifted
towards the hoist.
The company website shows
the flag in front of the main office building. The disk (logo in two shades
of green, I believe) is situated in the flag’s centre. The same,
flying on vessel ‘Sunergon’.
