At this website one can access separate pages for nearly all Amsterdam boroughs ("Stadsdelen"). Most of them only present logos, zip-files and meaningless but huge pdf-files, but there is a good image of the flag of Stadsdeel De Baarsjes.

Description: white over bright green, the green with one wave; on white at the hoist the borough's logo (three red saltires in a vertical row [representing Amsterdam] above a playful whale. In topcenter small letters "Gemeente Amsterdam" above slightly larger letters "Stadsdeel De Baarsjes", all red.

De Baarsjes (The Perches) is a southwestern borough of Amsterdam, leaning in the north against Stadsdeel Geuzenveld-Slotermeer and northeast against Stadsdeel Westerpark (my little village). In the south of the borough is the old Olympic Stadium, used at the Olympic Games of 1928; no decision could be taken to demolish it for new housing as the janitor's house suddenly became a National Monument for no apparent reason. The famous military monument for General van Heutsz, pacificator of Atjeh (Aceh, now Indonesia) (1873-1914) was demolished, though, several years ago.
The borough has known tense racial relations in the past decade

The logo is a very unfortunate choice IMO: I can't see anything else than a whale in it, while "De Baarsjes" refers to an old pub with a shield with three perches - it represents the style with which this studio forces itself upon incompetent new sub-municipalities (Incompetent at least regarding new symbols). I've read through the
whole website last night, being bored to find much self-praise and inventions of new terms and colors (this would be called something like "De Baarsjes green", while Zeeburg would be represented by "Zeeburg-blue"). Sigh...
