Located in Musashino City Tokyo and established in 1949.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has dark brown background with a gold emblem in gold fringe. The university flag has blue background with a white emblem in the center.
The university emblem is based on the motif of peach blossoms, referring to the origin of the name "Seikei," which means "Peaches and plums say nothing, but people are attracted by the beautiful flowers and naturally make their way under them”. Although the shape has changed little by little over time, the original design was conceived by the founder himself, Shunji Nakamura, and conveys the spirit of Seikei from the very beginning.
