The flag of the town of Kasamatsu is white with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Apr 1st 1965 by Notice No 15 but there is no
flag law. The white flag has a green town emblem in the center. The town emblem
is a stylized katakana カサ Kasa of Kasamatsu and a pineneedle= Matsu. The circle
stands for an affinity and a collaboration and the inner sharp edge for the
towns surge and a road for a glory.
