The flag of the town of Kitagata is white with mark.

The town emblem was adopted in 1916 but there is no flag law. The white flag
has a green town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized kanji 北
Kita of Kitagata with early Meiji era town master Kondo family crest of the ivy.
