The flag of the city of Kuroishi is blue with mark.

The city emblem was adopted in 1889 but there is no flag law.
The blue flag has a white city emblem in the center.
The city emblem are two bows designed by a founding domain lord
Kuroishi Nobuhide as a samurai’s symbol and was used for
a war banner.
