The flag displays the logo (composed of a world, surrounded by two laurel
wreaths and seven people on top holding hands) in blue outline in the middle
over a white horizontal flag, as seen
here.
The
current organization's logo in use since 2006, is a bit different. Hence, the flag described is
most likely the previous design, in which one can clearly see two
children's silhouette, as well as two youngsters with hats
(representing peasants) and in the middle, a man's silhouette. The old
logo is seen
here.
"The current logo and its building global friendship slogan have been
introduced into official use as part of a 2006 large-scale upgrading
of the organization's visual identity. In addition, a set of rules for
using the visual elements, colors, logos and fonts. The logo has been
developed in many variants - for each National Association,
Promotional Association and Educational Program of CISV"
