Based on the Resolution No. 2/1991 (III.28.) Kr. at <veszprem.hu>, the flag of the city of Veszprém contains horizontal dark blue (top) and dark red (bottom) fields and in the center the coat of arms of the city. The flag is horizontal, the official size: 2,00 x 1,30 m.
