The Municipality Statutes Statut Općine Gundinci, adopted on 7 August 2009 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 26 August 2009 in the County official gazette Službeni vjesnik Brodsko-posavske županije, No. 11, state in Article 4: "The Municipality of Gundinci has no coat of arms and no flag".
This repeats Article 6 of the previous Municipality Statutes Statut Općine Gundinci, adopted on 12 January 2006 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 14 February 2006 in Službeni vjesnik Brodsko-posavske županije, No. 1.

The coat of arms of Gundinci is vert a flat hat sable ornamented with a tricolour ribbon gules, argent and azure. It is the typical folk costume hat from the region.
