The symbols of Donji Andrijevci (municipal website) are prescribed by Decision Odluka o grbu i zastavi općine Donji Andrijevci, adopted on 21 July 1997 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 29 August 1997 in the County official gazette Službeni vjesnik Brodsko-posavske županije, No. 7.
The symbols are described in Article 4 of the Municipality Statutes Statut općine Donji Andrijevci, adopted on 27 September 2001 and published on 31 October 2001 in Službeni vjesnik Brodsko-posavske županije, No. 10. This is repeated in the next Municipality Statutes Statut općine Donji Andrijevci, adopted on 13 May 2004 and published on 27 May 2004 in Službeni vjesnik Brodsko-posavske županije, No. 7.

The symbols, designed by the Heraldic Art d.o.o. company, from Rijeka, were approved on 27 October 1997 by the Ministry of Administration (text).

The flag is prescribed as "in proportions 1:2, dark blue with the coat of arms, bordered yellow, in the middle".
