The coat of arms of Vladislavci is in blue a golden flax flower surmounted by two golden ears of wheat, the right obliquely, the left obliquely. It shows the most significant agricultural crops in the municipality.

The ceremonial flag is a blue gonfalon with three tails of triangular ends with a coat of arms in the middle, the name of the municipality in two arches above and crossed oak branches below.
