Catió is the seat both of its namesake sector, and of Tombali
region. I could not find any data about its current flag use.

Catió was granted a Portuguese-style municipal
coat of arms and flag in the 1960s. These can be seen, scanned scanned
from [lgh66], at
HotW
and in the
Wikimedia
Commons. In the later location, where the quartered background of the
flag was clumsily “cleaned up”, uploader Domaleixo states that
this flag «may be still in use». Based on what I know of
Portuguese former colonies’ municipal flags, I’d say that is
highly unlikely.

The flag was quartered (town rank) yellow
and blue with the coat of arms on the center. This was Vert an oar (?)
Argent bendwise between two sheaves of rice (?) and on a bordure Argent
twelve escutcheons Azure charged each with five plates; mural crown argent
with four visible towers (town rank) and
white scroll reading «VILA DE CATIÓ» in black
capitals.
