Quoting Raimon Goicoechea, from the Generalitat de Catalunya:
The cars of the Ministers (Spanish, consejeros; Catalan, consellers) of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Government of Catalonia), in the official acts, carry a small flag with a white field and the seal of the Generalitat in the center, which serves for their identification as authorities. This is the only use that it makes, but as a [large-sized] flag it is non-existent.

The flag of the Police of the Generalitat - Mossos d'Esquadra (image) is prescribed by Decree No. 53, adopted on 15 April by the Government of Catalonia and published on 17 April 2014 in the Catalan official gazette, No. 6,606, as folllows:
Article 1. Flag of the Police of the Generalitat - Mossos d'Esquadra
The flag of the Police of the Generalitat - Mossos d'Esquadra shall be the flag of Catalonia, charged with the emblem of the Diputació del General (St. George's Cross) and the text "mossos d'esquadra", according to the characteristics shown in Appendix 1.Article 2. Banner of the Police of the Generalitat - Mossos d'Esquadra
2.1. The banner of the Police of the Generalitat - Mossos d'Esquadra shall be made of the emblem of the Generalitat of Catalonia and the text "mossos d'esquadra" on a blue background, and, similarly, of the flag of Catalonia with the vertical stripes, according to Appendix 2.
2.2. The banner of the Police of the Generalitat - Mossos d'Esquadra for each Police region shall be made of the emblem of the Generalitat of Catalonia and the text "mossos d'esquadra" and the name of the Police region in base on a blue background, and, similarly, of the flag of Catalonia with the vertical stripes, according to Appendix 3.
Appendix 1 shows the flag of the Police. Dimensions are given as 150 cm x 100 cm. The colours are given as Red Pantone 485 C and yellow
Pantone 107 C.
The text shall be written in Akzidenz Grotesk Bold font, 270 pt, in
blue Pantone 654 C.
The emblem and the text can be serigraphied on a piece of fabric sewn
to the flag or embroidered on the flag, but they should be direct part
of the flag.
Appendix 2 shows the banner of the Police.
The specifications are the same as for the flag, except the
dimensions, 100 cm x 100 cm and the size of the letters, 230 pt.
Appendix 3 shows the banner of the Girona Police region.
The specifications are the same as for the banner of the Police,
except for the size of the letters, 170 pt and 204 pt (for the capital
letters). The text shall appear on two lines, centered, as "Regió
policial / Girona".
The Police regions are the following (seat between brackets):
- Girona (Girona)
- Central (Manresa)
- Pirineu Occidental (Seu d'Urgell)
- Ponent (Lleida)
- Camp de Tarragona (Tarragona)
- Terres de l'Ebre (Tortosa)
- Metropolitana Sud (Sant Feliu de Llobregat)
- Metropolitana Nord (Granollers)
- Metropolitana de Barcelona (Barcelona).
