Description

The Cámara de Cuentas (Chamber of Accounts) of the Dominican Republic is the entity in charge of all the government accounting in the country. It was established by Article 127 of the Constitution of February 27, 1854 (source). The flag is seen on these two photos: here (third flag from left to right), and here (second flag from left to right). The flag is a white horizontal background with the logo in the middle. The logo can be seen throughout their official website.
