Shield parted per fess, above Or a bear passant Azure, beneath Azure a minuscule "b" Or with a crosslet at its top.
Meaning:
The bear is a punning element, as the name of the village is derived from the little Bära River. The minuslce with crosslet had been a symbol of Beuron Abbey, which had been local ruler and manorial lord in the village since the 14th century. It acquired also the lower cognisance in 1751. The tinctures are taken from the arms of the abbey.
