Shield Or, a linden Vert on a mount of the same.
Meaning:
The oldest local seal from 1797 already displayed a deciduous tree with its trunk superimposed by a attire in order to symbolise that the municipality belonged to Württemberg since 1444. The tree was surrounded by four additional stars. The current pattern was introduced in 1930. An attempt to restore the attire as a distinguishing mark was refused by the municipality in 1962.
