Meaning:
Meaning:
The gonfanon is taken from the arms of the Counts of Montfort, who had the local cognisance until the end of the 18th century. The cross is alluding to the Hospital of the Holy Spirit in Lindau, which owned estates in the village since the 13th century and purchased the complete Lordship of Weißensberg from Eberhard of Summerau in 1383.
