Shield parted per fess of Or and Vert, three oak leaves in counterchanged colours ordered per pall reversed.
Meaning:
The leaves are representing the abundant oak groves in the area, one of these forests was the Loh-field. "Loh" is referring to oaks in the context of tanning. The leaves are symbolising the two former municipalities Crumbach and Ochshausen in base, and the new municipality established in 1941 by merger in chief.
The arms were approved on 13 January 1967.
