Shield Gules, the western façade of a wooden church Gules.
Meaning:
Local seals from 1924 displayed a tree, later a church. In 1957 the municipality adopted arms displaying a church, made of tree stems, as a canting element for the former name "Baumenkirche", which means "wooden church". The tinctures red and yellow are taken from the arms of the Lordship of Rechberg.

Banner and arms were approved on 4 September 1958 by Minister of Interior of Baden-Württemberg, published in GABl 383/1958.
