Shield Argent, between a shortened pall reverse wavy Vert and a triplemount of the same issuant an embattled tower Gules with port and windows Argent.
Meaning:
The pall wavy is a representation of the rivers Ilz, Wolfsteiner Ohe and Schönberger Ohe. The mount is alluding to the location on the edge of the Bavarian Forest. The tower is a repesentation of the local castle, which had been seat of the Burgraves of Fürsteneck in the 13th and 14th century. The tinctures red and silver are those of the Bishopric of Passau, to which the area historically belonged.
