A blue-white-green Banner [hanging flag] with the arms shifted to the top. The flag was on display on a square in the center of Olching. Olching is a municipality with approximately 22,500 inhabitants.

In a silver (= white) shield is a bulrush in natural colour flanked by two ears of wheat. On the base a blue fess wavy is superimposing them. The chief is lozengy of white and blue.
Meaning:
Ears and bulrush are symbolizing the two most important business lines, agriculture and working in the fen, i.e. processing reed and peat. The fess wavy is symbolizing the little river Amper. The chief is alluding to the Wittelsbach kin.

The coat of arms was approved in 1952 and confirmed in 1981. The flag was adopted not before 2001.
