Description of flag:
The ratio is approx. 5:2. It is a green - white vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is shifted to the top.
Klaus-Michael Schneider, 22 Dec 2012
Description of coat of arms:
The shield is twice divided per bend sinister into green - silver (=white) - green. In the silver field is a green tree of juniper placed upon a hill issuant of the same colour. Upon the base are nine silver (= white) balls ordered 5:4.
Meaning:
The juniper is atypical species in the area. The balls are symbolizing the villages of Bispingen proper, Hützel, Steinbeck(Luhe), Behringen, Volkwardingen, Hörpel, Borstel in der Kuhle, Haverbeck (Niederhaverbeck and Oberhaverbeck) and Wilsede.
Source: I spotted this flag on 17 December 2012 in the town hall of Bispingen.
