Deauville (France) is twinned with Cowes (UK), Kildare (Ireland), Lexington-Lafayette (USA) and Wienhausen (Germany). The flags of these twin cities are proudly displayed on a "twin cities square" in Deauville. Wienhausen flag appears as a horizontal triband with the arms. I remember the colours were derived from the coat of arms, but I could not find this later. As far as I remember, it was a green/yellow/black flag, but I may be wrong./p>
