The shield is parted per fess. Above in a golden field is an embattled tower Gules with port and windows Sable. The lower half is parted per pale, at dexter issuant from dexter edge a sinister facing horse Argent, at sinister an oak leaf Vert in pale with two acorns Vert.
Meaning:
The horse probably is a modification of the arms of Lower Saxony.
