Shield Azure, two arrows Or in saltire.
Meaning:
Uttenweiler became a market town in 1415 and had a town hall since 1453. Probably it became a city not much later during the rule of the Lords of Stein (1382-1693). The oldest image of the current pattern was depicted 1494 on the local seal and has never been changed. The origin of the arrows is not known.
