Shield parted per fess dancetty with three tips, above Gules a lion passant guardant Argent, beneath Argent a lion passant guardant Sable.
Meaning:
The line of partition together with the tinctures red and white is a Franconian rake. It is alluding to the old name of the municipality Frankenheim-Schillingsfürst. The lions, also called leopard,s display the arms of the Hohenlohe kin. The lion beneath is painted in proper colours, the lion above had different tinctures matching the red background colour. Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst had been a branch line of that kin. Schillingsfürst had been a market town and gained city rights in 1959. The flag colours are those of Hohenlohe.
