Shield Argent with base Vert, upon base a house Gules, seen from gable side and having a closed gate, eight windows Sable and four dormers ordered 2:2.
Meaning:
The arms are canting, displaying a granary (in local language: Stadel), probably referring to a granary of the Ellwangen Monastery, which had been the core of the settlement.

The arms were adopted by the municipality in 1924. The banner was approved on 4 February 1981 by the county administration, published in GABl 349/1982.
