At the Olesnice
website is the same flag charged with a white lion passant on blue,
and three yellow trees on green, approved 21 January 2002, with a certificate
which looks pretty official - I assume the design was slightly changed.

The flag picture on webpage is non-accepted original proposal. The correct
flag is without lion and trees.
On 22.11.2001 the flag was granted (decision of the chairman of the
parliament No. 97) and 21.1.2002 the chairman festively hand-over the decret
to city manager
