El Carmen del Darién (a.k.a Carmen del Darién) is a
municipality in the Chocó Department. It was established by
ordinance no. 018 of 22 September 2000.
El Carmen del Darién flag is horizontal green-white-blue (inner
ratio 2:1:1) and charged with five white stars bordered black. In
each star there is a letter which make the word
"TURES".
