"Forma rectangular, con las siguientes dimensiones: Un metro
con cincuenta centímetros de largo (1.50 cm), por ochenta
centímetros de ancho (80 cm), dividido en tres triángulos así:
en la parte superior un triangulo rectángulo cuyo vértice
superior se ubica en el ángulo superior del lado donde la
bandera va sujeta al asta y será de color azul. En la parte
inferior otro triangulo rectángulo, cuyo vértice superior se
ubica en el ángulo inferior del lado del rectángulo donde se
sujeta la bandera al asta, siendo de color rojo. Y en el centro
del triangulo restante (isósceles) cuyo vértice superior se
ubica en el punto medo del lado opuesto del que se sujeta al asta
la bandera y será de color amarillo y equivalente al doble de
los otros dos triángulos ".
