According to Album des Pavillons (2000), the custom's flag is still in use, as well as the flag of the General Inspector of Customs, a green field with a yellow saltire and the canton of the national flag in the middle.
Ivan Sache, 25 November 1999

Green flag with yellow saltire and in the center blue rectangular filed with white sun.
Željko Heimer, 07 February 2003

It's never been the KMT Customs Flag (China). It's the Inspector General's flag since Jan. 14, 1929 and also became the Minister of Finance of the Republic of China (Taiwan) after 1949.

The ratio of Inspector-General's flag is almost 3:4. (115.5*160cm)
Tai Yu-liang (Dai Yuliang), 25 March 2014

Actually the old Inspector-General's flag, in the proportion specified above is now used by the Minister of Finance.
Moreover, the Inspector General has been renamed Director General since 1991, and uses a different flag.

This flag was really flown over Taiwan also. After 1949, Mr. Lester Knox Little, the last non-Chinese Inspector General, moved to Taiwan with the KMT Government, and this flag still represented IGC. But later in early 1950's, it became to represent Minister of Finance.
