This is a small political party based on evangelical-reformed principles. It currently has 3 seats in the 200-seat lower chamber of the Swiss Parliament (Nationalrat = National Council), forming a parliamentary group together with the EDU.

A of the beach flag variety has been observed; the upper party shows a blurred photograph as background, in top with the party symbol; the lower part is yellow with the slogan "Christliche Werte, menschliche Politik" (Christian values, human policies) [1,2,3]. The background of the flag is complex.

The symbol, introduced in 2014, consists of a yellow disk with the party abbreviation and party name in blue.
