A probable Lauro Ribeiro Escobar-designed flag: blue with a series of
superimposed white, red, and white triangles based on the hoist forming a
red spearhead pointed toward the fly. At the hoist, the municipal coat of
arms, blue with an eagle displayed between two five-pointed stars, all
silver, and a red and white checked base with a blue bar wavy across it.
