Ivan Sache, 5 February 2022 The municipality of Marquinho (4,983 inhabitants in 2010; 51,115 ha) is
located 400 km west of Curitiba.
The flag of Marquinho is divided into
four irregular triangles, two blue (azure) ones and two green (vert) ones,
separated by a yellow (or) stripe. In the center, a white (argent) polygon
inscribes the municipal coat of arms.
The coat of arms of Marquinho was
designed by heraldist and vexillologist Reynaldo Valascki.
