The municipality of Honório Serpa (5,119 inhabitants in 2020; 50,224 ha) is
located 450 km south-west of Curitiba.
The flag of Honório Serpa is
horizontally divided red-blue with a white triangle, sometimes not reaching the
hoist, placed along the hoist and charged with the municipal coat of arms.

The coat of arms of Honório Serpa is prescribed by Municipal Law No. 6
promulgated on 28 January 1993.
Article 1.
The coat of arms of the
municipality of Honório Serpa shall be composed of the following
representations.
1st quarter: Natural environment / Ecology
2nd quarter:
Patron saint St. Sebastian
3rd quarter: Education
4th quarter: Agriculture
5th quarter: Agriculture / Technology
6th quarter: Health
7th quarter:
Animal breeding
8th quarter: Union and work
9th quarter: Industry
Municipality's name - Date of the Plebiscit Law - Date of inauguration.
